Really? I doubt that. If Barcelona bans tanning on the beach, the city will lose a large portion of their tourism. Try again? :)

Unfortunately, we are so hardened by reality, sometimes we miss the most obvious. :P

Hmm... How about no burying under the sand. Then again, why a mount near the groin? Maybe Barceloneans have big .... hernias?

Why do we even assume that that is a person? :P

but it doesn't look like one is XXX-ing at the position of the groin. it is like on the thigh.

now i agree with the other commenter about having one leg bent after reading his/her comment.
